There was I all excited to go see the cherry blossoms at Gyeongbok Palace without realizing that it's closed every Tuesday. So instead of flowers I bring you a rather imposing gate...
I guess I was just too excited about flowers and went without thinking, plus I'm worried that the rain this weekend may destroy too many blossoms... Perhaps I'll go again on Friday.
If it's any consolation, the flowers aren't out in force yet anyway . . . give it a week, and it ought to be perfect!
