I walk past this wall near Noksapyeong station a couple of times a week and it never fails to please me. I'm not sure who designed it or why the blocks stick out the way they do, but in spring and summer when they're covered in flowers they look gorgeous. For the moment they're bare, but they still hold a certain attraction.
