Meatball Madness

Experiments in the kitchen this week as my wife attempted meatballs for the first time. For some reason the mixture burnt easily, adding a charming charcoal effect to some of the balls...

Did you use beef for the meatballs? I am use to turkey meatballs back home. Of course, though I know I can't find ground up turkey here.

Yes we used beef. If you want ground turkey then head to High Street Market in Itaewon. They have it there and it's cheap!
